Kissdafunk is Back at Mission
…..and it’s better than ever
This summer it’s rocked the terraces at Space, torn up the dance-floors of Pukka Up in Ibiza and welcomed David Guetta for a one-off special at The Warehouse. Now Kissdafunk is finally back at its spiritual home at Mission in Leeds – and this time it’s going to be bigger and better.
During the last couple of months the club has been given a face-lift to take it to a new level of clubbing cool which we know you're just going to love.
It includes a brand new unisex toilet area, extended to twice the size of the originals making long queues a thing of the past. It's also been given a fabulous open air ‘Ibiza Style’ terrace, so next time the music gets too hot to handle you can go out side for a breath of fresh air and a quick gossip.
The club has also been redecorated throughout and the sound, lighting and AV system has been substantially upgraded ready for KDF to shake-it to its foundations.
Chosen to the play alongside the fabulous team of residents of Rob Tissera, The Trophy Twins and Marc Leaf are none other than US duo Lee Cabrera. After hearing the pair, consisting of Steve Lee and Albert Cabrera literally tear the arse out of the Miami World Music Conference earlier this year Kissdafunk has brought them to these shores to give you a dose of their infectious global grooves. Their single “Shake it” has been rinsed out from DJs across the globe including Pete Tong, Danny Tenaglia though to Erick Morillo. They have produced everybody from Madonna to Layo and Bushwacka and have held a residency in Ibiza for defected this summer. We guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
Kissdafunk will also have a dedicated second room in the form of Arch 54 where elec-tec lovers will be able to enjoy their new backroom resident and Mixmag Future Hero, Matt Cooper. He’ll be making his debut spinning and scratching his way thru his unique dirty bass-led electro sound.
Finally.... don’t forget the gorgeous Carley’s angels who are always on hand to put a smile on your face.
The only question left to ask is….Are you ready to Kissdafunk?
